First visit here and will be my last! Rang to book a table with it being a bank holiday. Need not have bothered. Empty one other family in there. Waitress was lovely and friendly However, the floor was sticky, as were the bannisters. My menu came, I had two pages missing in mine. Not great wrong order again and chips undercooked also drenched in gravy presentation awful
The best homemade meal is served here. Quite affordable.
The food was great and quick . And the staff was lovely didn't mind the enquiries about the food and just felt like a nice safe place to eat
I've never found anything wrong with the Ruby Palace good choice on the menu very good service and I enjoy the food.I highly recommend it.Try it and see.
Ate here 3rd May 2024. Had Salt Chilli Chips, Crispy Chilli Chicken Fried Rice. Really enjoyed the meal. Have a few nice beers also, Tiger and Tsingtao! Would go back again!

Had a lovely meal at The Ruby Palace, food was to perfection. Highly recommend dropping in if you're in Enniskillen.

I have ordered takeout from this restaurant multiple times because they accept card payments, unlike many others in the area. Last week, my family and I dined in and found the restaurant to be quiet and in need of a renovation. However, the food was amazing, arrived quickly, and was reasonably priced. This restaurant has become my preferred choice in Enniskillen.

Only found this out as others on the table had missing pages The meal came out of the kitchen. The server was wearing jeans and a hoodie! Not exactly waitress or chef attire. Didn’t feel hygienic to me. Food was greasy and bland. I ordered spicy duck roll starter. No spice whatsoever and so greasy. Main also bland and lacking on flavour. To sum up it was dirty, unprofessional and tasteless. Both me and one other member of the family were poorly that night. Avoid!
They had no starters that were gluten free, and only gluten free sweet and sour prawns or pork as the mains. I had the prawns and the rice was cold with the sauce very bland. I felt queasy for 2 days after eating it. There were many items on the menu that didn’t have gluten marked as being present, but when I asked the waitress, the chef said they all had gluten. My wife didn’t like her meal either and left most of it. Awful place won’t be back.
Big take-out; straps on carrier bag broke and all spilled on floor. Order re-cooked without problem.
My dining experience at Ruby Palace tonight was disappointing. The food was decent, but the customer service was extremely lacking. Other customers who arrived after us were served before us, and our duck dish was served cold. Despite apologies for the delays, the service continued to decline. No one checked on our food or drinks throughout the meal, and we had to wait over 15 minutes for our plates to be cleared after finishing our meal. When we asked for leftover food to be boxed up, we were rudely given empty boxes and a bag to do it ourselves. This level of customer care was unacceptable, and as returning customers of over 5 years, we will not be returning after this experience.
