Applebee's Grill - Fayetteville

I visited this restaurant tonight and I must say I was let down. The steak I ordered was overcooked and lacked seasoning. My daughter's pizza was not appetizing. The waitress was trying her best, though.

I would give this restaurant a half star if I could. The food was terrible. It took me a while to decide on what to order, and I ultimately chose the impossible burger. Unfortunately, I was not impressed as I was hoping for something better.

Now I remember why I stopped going to applebee. eating is best in average, the bathroom would certainly have used a good cleaning. I will say that the hostess had personality and our server was friendly, attentive recording that made the experience more pleasant. food: 2/5

The visit was very good overall and the quality of the service was great. it was a midday meeting, so it wasn't very crowded or loud. it took a while to get my meal (there was a little annoyed with the preparation of my meal when they trained a new team member) but the kitchen staff ensured that I knew what happened and they went to great lengths to fix the situation. while the court I ordered was not as warm as I would have wished, it tasted good. the server and staff were all very friendly and helpful and I would definitely come back. btw no longer southwest egg rolls ?
