The linguine allo scoglio was extraordinary, probably among the best I've ever had in Puglia. The warm bread, the excellent quality meat, and the perfectly cooked potatoes completed a memorable meal. The service was attentive, professional, and impeccable. A top-notch gastronomic experience, combining high-end local cuisine and refined hospitality.

We could not fault the quality of the food, the cooking and the service at dinner. All matched the overall quality of the hotel. What was a potential problem was that the menus did not change at all so it could become repetitive. We had a hire car so we could go to other restaurants in the vicinity.

The restaurant was very busy (not because of the quality of the food but because most people in the hotel were stick with it as no hire car! . Service was very efficient until we got to our Secondi at which point we waited for well over an hour and when it did arrive I couldn't eat it as it was terrible. Wine is also VERY expensive considering wine in every other restaurant in Puglia is so cheap and stunning! Our wine was 40 euros despite the fact you can buy in most other restaurants for 8-15 euros. The front of house- an arrogant man told us that we were on holiday and should be patient/relax- excuse me but over an hours wait for a substandard meal is not my idea of holiday relaxation. He promised us complementary drinks which never materialised. His attitude stank and spoilt the hard work of the other waiters and waitresses. Don't bother eating here- you are in Italy- go explore- trust me it will be worth the short drive/taxi fare!

The Menu, which changes daily, has 4/5 main cousre choices as well as a range of Starters, anti pasta and dessert options. If you are there on a Sunday try the Apulian lunch which is sumptuous and very reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Were hotel guests at the canne bianche home so we decided to try his well-recommended restaurant. this was the absolutely correct decision, as we are from the S... read more Were hotel guests at the canne bianche home so we decided to try his well-recommended restaurant. this was the absolutely correct decision, as we are from the Swiss, we could not expect for Italian cuisine quality, its great taste, perfect seafood and daring pastas! so we came here as 4, enjoyed a great evening and could go and visit the wine cellar to choose our various bubbles and weeps. thanks for this experience! eating, personal and location was so good! the only one: how we tried to order my type of vitaminen laurent perrier rosé, which is really a garant for a headache free the next day, even if u drink like a lill’more,) was sold out. So. but we have a good alternative because of the sommelier who has done a good job! we are coming back! thank you! xoxooli
