Food was fantastic and very good value for money.started with a selection of appetizers that for €12 each included 8 different generous appetizers. We didn’t realize and also ordered entrees so had too much food but it was all fantastic.

Each and every course, and we pretty much ordered everything on the menu, was perfectly executed. The blending of unexpected flavors all worked marvelously, resulting in one of the best meals we’ve had in all of Italy. Additionally, it was refreshing to see a thriving business run by young, motivated entrepreneurs. Highly recommended!

I know that the Apulien tradition is using them in parmigiana but the prep is huge, salting, taking the water out and frying them afterwards. So leave it away and take other fresh seasonable vegetable is a solution. The. Antipasti the meat was great, the selection of wine is excellent!
