I must admit, I had a fantastic time in a vibrant atmosphere. The bartenders filled the space with high energy and were very attentive to the needs of the patrons. (And yes, I will definitely be returning soon!) View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Rooter's:
Couldn't get a drink at either of the open bars. One bartender ignored us. The other spent more time looking for people to pay or yelling at people. My sister accidently knocked over a chair and the bartender went ballistic and kicked our entire group out. We were bar hopping for a birthday party and had over 20 people looking to spend money on drinks. This was the worst bar we went to in Fargo. Don't go there if you... View all feedback.

Bar is great along with the bartenders. Gaming staff are great, funny and fun. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $20–30 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge street parking
