They misunderstood our order and gave us th... read more The cookies were quite good, but I don't think they were worth the $20 for a dozen. The service was average at best. They misunderstood our order and gave us the wrong cookies, and when we mentioned it, they refused to fix the mistake because the cookies were already packaged. I had hoped they would just give us the correct ones along with the extras, but that didn’t happen. Unfortunately, receiving the wrong cookies didn’t help our insomnia at all. Additionally, the cookies tend to stick to jeans and leave stains. The birthday cake cookie didn’t quite meet my expectations. On top of that, we paid nearly as much for a 14 oz carton of milk as you would for a gallon at the grocery store.

I do want to mention that we drive up from Texas every summer to visit family. We stopped by the store today (Sunday) to pick up some cookies, but unfortunately, it was closed. The website stated that they were open from noon to 1 am, but when we arrived at 5 pm, the doors were locked. That was a bit frustrating.
