Was Brian Golden at Insomnia Cookie a mag?
We absolutely love these cookies! They are a bit on the pricey side, but they're definitely worth it. I do want to mention that we drive up from Texas every summer to visit family. We stopped by the store today (Sunday) to pick up some cookies, but unfortunately, it was closed. The website stated that they were open from noon to 1 am, but when we arrived at 5 pm, the doors were locked. That was a bit frustrating. View all feedback.

Can't even try their cookies to give an honest review cuz my orders keep getting canceled. Reason they say is too close to close time. We'll, I ordered at 1:45 am with a close time at 3 am. Got the verification text saying delivery would be between 2:20-2:30. Nothing at 2:30 or 2:40. Tried calling store and got automated call center! What a joke. No customer service for delivery orders. Ordered delivery at about 12:30. Got a text at 12:47 my order had left the store. Waited an hour before we noticed a refund email. One that seems to be refunding less than we paid for the order we didn't get. Guess now we gotta go find somewhere to get milk at 2am
Cute store delicious food and Def gonna try at 1 am when getting home from long night out. Hell yeah milk and cookies desserts!!
To make matters worse, when he finally arrived at my apartment, he just left the cookies on the floor. As someone who delivers pizza, I understand the need for COVID protocols, but a simple knock on the door or a heads-up that my cookies would be left on the floor would have been expected. This was my first time using their delivery service, and I won’t be doing it again, especially after spending over $40 and receiving such disappointing service. The cookies were delicious, but unfortunately, getting hung up on is what I’ll remember, and it's a major reason I won’t order from here again.
My wife and I stopped by Insomnia Cookies while in town for our daughter’s wrestling tournament — and we felt like kids again going out late just for a cookie run! The cookies were warm, gooey, and hit the spot, and the late-night vibe was perfect. The staff was friendly, the shop smelled like heaven, and the whole experience was a fun little memory in the making. If you’re in Fargo and craving something sweet after hours, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back on our next visit!
