The shrimp are served in the shell, but they are definitely worth the extra effort to peel as they are deliciously seasoned and fire roasted. The service is friendly and relaxed, with an authentic Mexican atmosphere complete with background music. The patio is dog friendly, making it a nice spot to enjoy a meal. View all feedback.
What Araceli Gamboa dislikes about Rosa's Mexican Food:
I placed an order, but it was incomplete when it arrived. I also discovered that for a large order of chips, they don't provide salsa; you have to buy it separately. View all feedback.

Their food is always fresh and their carne asada is always tender and never gristly. Both their green and red hot sauce are just amazing. I often judge Mexican spots by their hot sauce but if the food and the hot sauce is both on point. That's Rosa's!!! I'd say they have some of the best food in Fallbrook. Closed on Mondays.

Updated menu. The other menus were 8 years old. This place is the best in fallbrook. I took pics of the new menu since nobody else would. Carnitas burrito is recommended.

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent- attentive and caring. The beef quesadillas and Chile relleno are delicious. This is one of the best restaurants in Fallbrook, with great food.
This place is sooo good I loved the salsa and the fish tacos would recommend I love this place sooooo much and it is adorable in here the staff is so kind
Not a bad place for lunch. It is in a strip mall but has indoor and outdoor seating. When we came their credit card machine was broken so they only accepted cash. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food. Took a bit to get it but they have complimentary chips and salsa. I had a carne asada burrito and added sour crème. The burrito was tasty and large.

The green sauce here is absolutely the best in town—possibly the best I've ever tasted! While the service can be a bit slow, the sauce definitely makes it worth the wait. The bacon-wrapped shrimp and frogs are both delicious as well. The outdoor seating is lovely on beautiful days, and they have parasols if the sun gets too strong. They've recently added a new terrace cover and increased the privacy fencing, both of which are really nice touches.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The authentic food was exceptional, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The staff was attentive and friendly, making the dining experience even better. I can't recommend the amazing carne asada and chicken enchiladas enough!
