Food was great and the portions are worth it!
Their food is always fresh and their carne asada is always tender and never gristly. Both their green and red hot sauce are just amazing. I often judge Mexican spots by their hot sauce but if the food and the hot sauce is both on point. That's Rosa's!!! I'd say they have some of the best food in Fallbrook. Closed on Mondays.
I placed an order, but it was incomplete when it arrived. I also discovered that for a large order of chips, they don't provide salsa; you have to buy it separately.
The Green sauce is amazing ?
A wonderful, genuine, authentic Mexican restaurant with the best salsa I've ever had. Their salsa is mouth-wateringly delicious. Everything is always fresh and made to order. I love Rosa's!
