They charge extra for sauces, regardless of portion size, and often forget essential items like gravy with mashed potatoes. The only reason I keep ordering from here is that Fallbrook lacks other KFCs or drive-thru options for fried chicken. They seem to thrive because there's no competition. The manager and owner should be embarrassed. This review reflects my honest opinion after three years of disappointing experiences.

When I asked what time they closed, they said 10 PM, and I inquired why they didn't have any chicken or sides, but no one answered my question. I ended up just driving off. This is unacceptable.
