I've consistently experienced subpar service and low-quality food at this franchise. They charge extra for sauces, regardless of portion size, and often forget essential items like gravy with mashed potatoes. The only reason I keep ordering from here is that Fallbrook lacks other KFCs or drive-thru options for fried chicken. They seem to thrive because there's no competition. Good food, decent prices compared to other fast food places and they accept EBT ?
I never seem to have any issues weather I drive thru or walk in. Friendly staff.
The worst kfc meal ever. Fallbrook, CA. Chicken and biscuit were dry rock hard. Unfortunately got through the drive-thru so didn't want to drive back to the restaurant. Never had bad meals from any other kfc location.
I was so pleased with this KFC. By far one of the best I've been to in all of the USA.. very clean and such great service with a smile. Great energy here.. the service by Juan was spectacular.. 5 stars in my book and I've been to so many KFC's in mytravels
