Consistently the slowest service in the province, accompanied by terrible customer service. You'd be better off going to McDonald's or Subway across the street for coffee; it's faster and better.
The quality of food and beverages is inconsistent. At times, it can be really great, but other times, my bagel is burnt on the inside while being overcooked on the outside.
I've had multiple disappointing experiences at this restaurant. They haven't managed to get my order right yet, and they never ask for my rewards card. My speck grilled cheese was missing the speck, and the cream cheese on my bagel was served in a huge blob that wasn't even spread on the bagel. Overall, I'm really let down by the service I've received.
By far the worst tim hortons I've ever been to. the hathbrown are always soggy or way too old and hard. I'm getting the wrong order.
Two mornings in a row they gave me the wrong order. Today I ordered black and it had an R written on it. I asked because they have been messing orders up for me and the young kid said it's black. 10 Mins later it's cooled and I taste it and it's a double double.Anyways. Lines are long and orders r messed up except when the more experienced ladies are working. The problem is I have driven to work before I taste the coffee, then I have to go to a Tim's close to my work to reorder.
