I've had to ask the staff to change their gloves because they don’t s... read more I used to really enjoy this restaurant, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. I've had to ask the staff to change their gloves because they don’t seem to realize that putting on gloves and then touching everything defeats the purpose. During my last visit, the person making my sub put the wrong cheese on it. When I pointed it out, he suggested doing half of what I asked and half of what he had added. I declined, so he removed the cheese from the meat and placed it back, then used it again on the sub after mine. My vegetarian brother was next in line, and if the person in front of him hadn’t ordered without cheese, it would have ended up on his veggie sub. This is simply not acceptable. While I understand this situation might seem minor, it raises serious concerns—especially for someone with a severe allergy, which could have dangerous consequences. Additionally, the staff have been rude, and the restaurant itself is dirty. There is a lot of cross-contamination, and sanitary standards are not being upheld. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.
