Much better Chinese grocery store compared to Great Wall further down the road. Produce is fresh, store is clean, but best part is, staff actually believes in customer service. Every employee is helpful and nice. You won't find one kind employee at Great Wall. Definitely come here! View all feedback.
What Zachary King doesn't like about 99 Ranch Market:
In recent visits, I have noticed that they are against the environmentally friendly practice of bringing your own reusable grocery bags. They only bag grocery for you if you use their plastic bags. If you bring your own reusable bags, they don't bag and have the customers do it themselves. This also slows down the check-out line and hold up the line. This is the only grocery store that don't bag for customers as I kn... View all feedback.
This restaurant is a fantastic new addition to the already diverse food scene in Fairfax City. The cozy atmosphere of the small restaurant is especially inviting. However, the prices are on the higher side compared to other nearby options that offer better value. Overall, I would give it four out of five stars for its worth.
I really adore this food shop! It's a bit of a drive from DC, but whenever I have the time, I always enjoy shopping here. The store is well organized, clean, and has everything I could want in Asian cuisine and more. There is such a wide variety of Chinese brands that I usually have to purchase on Amazon.
The variety and organization of products is impressive. Since there is nowhere like this in Pennsylvania, it was a great find. I was able to purchase all of my favorite snacks that I normally only find in PA. They have a wide selection of everything you could need, including propane grills at a reasonable price.
This market has either been upgraded or is in the new management. it is bright clean and has no acidic smell. it is good with products from all over the world, not only asian. my wife is thai and buys many of our Asian food needs there. the prices are very reasonable. the help is very helpful, most are very fluid in 2 or 3 languages. her buffet counter has a large selection of meals, portions are large enough for 2. they also sell asian delicacies through the pfund crunchy pork bauch, roast duck, honey bbq boar, otopus. their products and top prices are very good. they have a fantastic bakery also with lots of fresh bakery should they try
Its got good variety amount of products, things are easily accessible found. I found the indoor eating area good too, like the dimsum place. The only thing is that we were trying to ask one of the ladies working behind the counter she couldn't communicate at all. We were trying to ask for the custard buns she gave us pork buns....I guess close enough?
