Feedback
Outstanding service and amazing tastes.. 6 meals over 3 nights. All were impeccable. Some private dining for a special occasion. Of course, views should be outstanding as reward to get here.
My husband and I ate here today for lunch, July 29, 2017. As introverted HSPs we were overboard excited that our request to sit on the little terrace (with only one other table) was granted. We ate here twice (once on the small terrace and once on the large terrace) during an anniversary trip 2 years ago, and I feel like the food has gotten even better. First of all the view, wow, the view. On top of the world and pretty much a private dining experience, you can't go wrong with the little terrace. Then the food, we started by sharing the burrata, basil, and tomato starter (but fancier that it sounds), it was divine. Then my husband ordered the pork and I ordered the veal. Both were phenomenal. Dessert - the peach dessert with lavender ice cream and I ordered the chocolate dessert with raspberries, again both were stellar. We had 4 glasses of wine (2 white, then 2 red) and the bill was 260 euros. The sommelier recommended an exceptional red for our mains, smelled amazing and tasted even better. We are just wrapping up our trip that has included 5 star restaurants all over the Amalfi Coast and various spots in France and this was our best dining experience. Service was amazing and the whole experience was spectacular. Even more perfect was the weather, far cooler than when we previously visited, all in all a day filled with beauty. Thank you Chateau Eza, we won't forget the feeling of being on top of the world. We will be back!!
