I’ve seen this w... read more I felt compelled to write this review because I’ve noticed a tone of sarcasm from the owner when customers try to offer constructive criticism. I’ve seen this with other reviews as well. Whatever happened to listening to customer feedback and making improvements instead of snapping back at those who are trying to help? I really miss the original owners and the welcoming atmosphere they created. On a positive note, the pickles are still fantastic! I just wish it felt more like it did before.

I tried Pete's favorite sandwich, and the onion rings on top of the hearty burger were truly outstanding—I only wish I had discovered this sooner! I also regret not trying their desserts.

The food is still good, but it’s different from before—unfortunately, the chicken soup is nowhere near the original. They no longer serve fountain soda, which was a big draw for me. However, the cherry Coke is fantastic. I felt compelled to write this review because I’m trying to make sense of the sarcasm from the owner when customers offer constructive criticism. I’ve seen this happen with other reviews, too. I wonder what happened to listening to customer feedback and making improvements instead of snapping back at them for trying to help. I really miss the original owners and their friendliness. But hey, the pickles are still great!
