When I informed them about the mis... read more I ordered two 8-piece meals, each costing $35 after tax, but they only gave me one. I paid a total of $80 including delivery. When I informed them about the mistake, they told me to pick up the rest of my order at the restaurant later that night. When I explained I ordered through delivery and asked if they could deliver the missing items, they refused. When I went to pick up the remaining order, I only realized after getting home that it still wasn’t complete. I have to go back again. This place is a complete joke.

Although they initially forgot my BBQ sauce, the staff member was very apologetic and promptly gave it to me as soon as I mentioned it.

The taste was quite off, reminiscent of... read more I went to KFC hoping to enjoy my favorite dish, the mac and cheese, but, unfortunately, it hasn't been very good lately. The taste was quite off, reminiscent of swamp water. I’m not sure what needs to be fixed, but I really hope it improves—it's become nearly inedible for me. It's truly disappointing that I've had to throw away a family-sized container for two days in a row.
