When I informed them about the mis... read more I ordered two 8-piece meals, each costing $35 after tax, but they only gave me one. I paid a total of $80 including delivery. When I informed them about the mistake, they told me to pick up the rest of my order at the restaurant later that night. When I explained I ordered through delivery and asked if they could deliver the missing items, they refused. When I went to pick up the remaining order, I only realized after getting home that it still wasn’t complete. I have to go back again. This place is a complete joke.

Although they initially forgot my BBQ sauce, the staff member was very apologetic and promptly gave it to me as soon as I mentioned it.

The taste was quite off, reminiscent of swamp water. I’m not sure what needs to be fixed, but I really hope it improves—it's become nearly inedible for me. It's truly disappointing that I've had to throw away a family-sized container for two days in a row.

I got home in under five minutes, and the food was c... read more I spent $12 on five Nashville chicken tenders, and that didn't even come with a meal. Twelve whole dollars! I got home in under five minutes, and the food was cold and tough. It was outrageously overpriced and tasted awful. This was the worst experience I've ever had at KFC.
