Despite being a regular customer and enjoying the delicious fish and chips, I was disappointed with the service. The young girl working there today seemed unhappy to take my order, didn't apologize, and practically threw it back at me. When I asked for lemon with my order, she rudely insisted that it was already included, even though it wasn't. Luckily, her friendly colleague was more than willing to assist me. I recommend that they not work there if they are going to have a rude attitude towards customers, and should be given alternative tasks.

However, I was disappointed to receive supermarket sliced bread and a minimal amount of crab. The crab tasted inferior and was very disappointing. I even found three bits of shell in my mouth. Overall, it was the worst crab sandwich I've ever had. I would not go back again.

The battered and grilled fish were both generously portioned and very tasty, and the chips were also delicious. We can't wait to visit again next time we have a vaccination appointment!

We ordered grilled lemon sloe chips monk fish chips and x kids cod and chips and apple juices. It was...a half hour wait, but that’s to be expected with maybe fewer staff and the business of lockdown, prove a little on the dear side but when you taste it you understand why. Unbelievably fresh and perfect chips. I’d rather pay a bit more to have this kind of quality! Beautifully cooked fish and amazing chips. The home made tar tar sauce is insane! I would highly recommend visiting this little gem. Friendly close knit staff with amazing fish and chips... would not go anywhere else!
