The surprise 12.5% optional service charge also raised eyebrows among some diners, who felt it wasn’t clearly communicated. However, those who received exceptional service, especially from staff members like Paula, often left with a smile, eager to return for future visits, despite the culinary inconsistencies.
I dined at this restaurant on Wednesday night after a very long day, and the food is consistently good at this chain. Our server, Paula, truly made our evening! She was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and Paula gave us some fantastic vegan suggestions. I highly recommend trying the prawnless crackers - they are a must!
