Description

The Old Firehouse in Exeter has long been celebrated for its generous portions and diverse menu, particularly its delicious vegan pizzas and lively atmosphere. Patrons often rave about the cozy, nostalgic ambiance and memorable live music. However, recent visits have revealed a decline in service quality, with reports of rude staff and incorrect orders, leaving some customers disheartened. While the offerings include an impressive range of vegan options and hearty meals, inconsistencies in service and rising prices have impacted the overall experience. Guests hope these issues are addressed to restore its former charm and appeal.

This is the best spot in the city for a late-night drink! They offer live music regularly, along with the famous Quiz-Woo hosted by the legendary Terry and Jude. You won't want to miss it!

The restaurant is always quite crowded and bustling. The pizza is excellent, but ordering through the app can be a frustrating experience.

As a discerning New Yorker, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious this pizza was. I tried the butternut squash, chickpeas, and spinach pizza. The thin crust...

This restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious vegan pizza options, with my favorite being the vegan BBQ. The prices are reasonable, with pizzas ranging from about £9 to £13, making it a great value for money. The portions are generous and can easily feed two people, with the option to take leftovers home in tin foil. The vegan Sunday roast is also highly recommended. The only downside is that the restaurant tends to be busy and loud, making it difficult to find a table at times.

I absolutely love this place. I would give it a 5-star rating if I could. I really appreciate the wide variety of vegan pizza options available. The pizza is delicious and reasonably priced (and huge!). I recommend sharing one with a friend. It can get quite busy at times.
