Ikea
Description
At IKEA's cafeteria, customers find a casual and budget-friendly dining experience. While the food, such as veggie meatballs and fish and chips, receives praise for its quality and affordability, service efficiency raises concerns. Long queues and inadequate staffing lead to delays, especially at peak times. Customers express frustration over the management's reliance on limited staff, impacting food availability and service speed. Despite these issues, the environment is typically clean and welcoming, with friendly staff dedicated to customer satisfaction. Overall, while the meals are delightful and economical, improvements in service are essential to enhance the overall experience.

Swedish meatballs worth traveling an hour each way for! I'm from Providence and make the trip out to Stoughton every short while. The meatballs are THAT good! Not even shopping for furniture, either! The fried or mashed potatoes are both good options. Definitely worth the drive!
The food was fantastic, the restaurant had Covid restrictions in place, and the staff was very professional and friendly. The manager was out on the floor talking to customers and helping us navigate the menu. I will definitely be returning soon.
Well run, friendly staff. clean and covid secure. You can see they are a busy outlet but it is all efficient and the staff seem to actually care which is not always the case in places like this.
The restaurant experience felt surreal, like something out of a George Orwell novel. We had to fill out a paper with our orders, but unfortunately, none of the items we requested were available despite having an hour left of service. The food I did receive was mediocre.
