Had such a lovely time at Herbies! The atmosphere was amazing and the music really set the vibe. The service was fantastic, especially from Andrea who made us feel so welcome. The whole table had an incredible time – definitely recommend!
Stopped by on a busy Friday night and luckily found one free table! The staff were lovely, attentive and very helpful when explaining a few things on the menu. The food was amazing! We shared some of the tapas style dishes everything was 10/10. Next time I’ll make room for dessert!
Smashed potatoes, banana blossom tacos, aranchini and corn ribs were delicious! Highly recommend! Only sad thing was the jackfruit sliders, which just tasted of bbq sauce. Another sauce should be added to compliment the bbq sauce, and more filling should be added, so it doesn't feel like you're just drinking bbq sauce.
Fabulous food and a lovely friendly atmosphere for such a reasonable price. Just visiting Exeter for the day and stumbled across Herbies, but will be eating here now everytime we come to Exeter, the food and flavours are incredible, cannot recommend enough.
I have been going to Herbies for almost forty years, it was the first vegetarian restaurant that I discovered. The new menu is really good, I need to go back and try more of the options.
