It has the smallest amount of Christmas decorations compared to other coffee shops. The shop itself has been renovated nicely, but it's disappointing that the manager hasn't motivated the staff to decorate for the holidays. The staff are friendly, but could improve by taking some cues from Plymouth Coffee 1.

However, I made the mistake of ordering a sausage sandwich to hold me over. It was terrible - the sausage was poor quality and overcooked, making it very dry. It was served on a dry bun with no butter. Despite being hungry, I managed to finish it. People at a nearby table suggested I complain, but I didn't want to wait in the queue.

My husband and I waited in line to purchase lunch, but a young person cut in line and was served before us. Additionally, we were served tea in a teapot with a lid that wouldn't close, which happened the previous week as well. I don't want cold tea! Maybe I am too old for this place, as there were many people with laptops. It's a shame because the cookie and cream cake is delicious.

It's also dog friendly which is a definite bonus.
