I waited over 30 minutes for a cup of coffee, and the service was extremely slow. I love Bigfoot Java, but it seems I won't be ordering from here again.
I visited this location to try Big Foot Java for the first time and ordered drinks for my family and me while they waited in the car. Right from the start, it seemed like the barista was not in a good mood. Initially, I thought it might just be me, but my family picked up on the attitude as well. While the drinks were good, the customer service left much to be desired. Next time, I’ll choose a different location and see if the experience is any better.
Additionally, the place didn’t seem very professional and honestly looked quite unclean. I watched as they poured leftover drinks from blenders directly onto the floor, and the tablet they handed me to sign was disgusting. Overall, I really don’t think this place meets Bigfoot standards.
Good thing to you what it is that they're putting your drink if you ask everything eligible about their dreams yeah so always ask if you want whipped cream they don't always ask you for your phone number so you can receive rewards points like they shouldbut that's okay they're not too nosy and they don't talk if you don't want to talk they leave you alone and they're pretty niceif you do want to talk open 24 hours a day you can't beat it they have really good drinks especially now that they have a newblender all the drinks are extra smooth and really really good right now make your drink a zombie drink and that means that it'smade with white coffee

Service was so so. The vehicle in front of us broke down so we had to go to the other side to order. Instead of preemptively asking what we would get so they could get our order in, we got in line with two cars ahead of us. By the time we were at the front, the lady kept repeating our order because she was too busy talking to the guy at the other window the one we were told was closed. He came 15 minutes after us, got his order before us, and our order for two separate things wasn't even correct because they taste exactly the same. I legit don't understand why there was another worker there, she wasn't helping the lady taking and making orders.
The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. I usually order a decaf espresso, and it’s one of my favorites! The strawberry lemonade is sweet yet delightful! I’m definitely planning to return, and they provide speedy service as well.
Hello....I made the terrible mistake about going back and had another run-in with the SAME barista! Not to mention there were 4 people there and one was new and she was left to handle drinks on her own. She was clearly not trained. You are failing the new hire by expecting her to know how to make drinks on her first or second day. It took her 10 minutes to make 3 drinks, and no one was helping her. And when she did ask for help, the barista that helped her had such a bad attitude. She started making my drink for the new person, and I had to tell her it was not blended. More attitude cause I corrected her as to what my order was. She noticed I was irritated when she brought my drink over. I said yes I was trying to tell you that I wanted cream in my drink. She rolled her eyes and sighed at the fact I told her it was wrong again. The lady also decided to argue with me. The customer behind me was getting mad and the barista told him that the problem was I was complaining instead of apologizing to him and letting him know she was dealing with a situation. She also kept telling me that the music was too loud and that 's why she didn 't hear me and the girl that took our order was new and she kept telling me that there was communication issue.PLEASE TRAIN YOUR WEEKEND STAFF BETTER! I shouldn 't have had to deal with the same barista I complained about already giving me attitude yet again.
Coffee and service is always amazing but keeping up with a more sanitary atmosphere would be nice, going straight from eating with your hands to making drinks is not the greatest look for the company.
Went in today for coffee with my friends, girl at the front, curly haired super long pink nails. was so rude she continued to look annoyed that we kept adding for our order, then told us if we wanted to order more we had to get out of line and go back into the line then refused to take our payment and said to “just leave” normally I have no issue with this place even though I’ve waited over 20minutes before. I wasn’t aware there was a time limit on ordering.

Its a great place but I gave 4 star only because I felt the need too only because my drink didn't taste like how the other coffee shops made it... I can always come back to change my rating. Thanks.

The Ladies make some of the Best Cold Coffee's and lattes when it comes to Coffee!! I Recommend this Coffee Shop 100%!! We had the Marion Barry with chocolate shavings and cool whip on top. On this day they were out of the Marion Berry to they Improvised with Blue Berry. Still everything was spot on and Delicious. Thanks Again Ladies!!
Big Foot Java offers the best iced coffee and frappes in South Everett! Coming from Jersey, where coffee is taken very seriously, I don’t say this lightly. Although there may be a short wait due to their constant popularity, it’s well worth it because their coffee is outstanding. The staff at Big Foot Java is friendly, courteous, and efficient. I wasted over 30 minutes just waiting for a cup of coffee. The service was incredibly slow. I really love Bigfoot Java, but it seems I won't be ordering from this location again.
On a different note, the overall atmosphere of the restaurant seemed unprofessional and somewhat messy. I even witnessed them pouring leftover drinks from mixers right onto the floor, and the tablet they provided me was quite dirty. I truly believe this restaurant falls short of the standards set by Bigfoot.

I ordered a Red Bull with ice cream, specifically asking for it to be thick, but what I received was watery and lacking flavor. The staff member was also rude, which didn't help the situation. I was just hoping for a delicious drink to enjoy on a hot summer day, but this experience really spoiled my day and wasted my money.
An excellent supermarket offering virtually every aspect of Far East cuisine, one of the best in the area. They have meat, fish, fresh vegetables (including fresh bean sprouts!), and a vast selection of frozen, bottled, and packaged products. It's definitely worth a visit if you're preparing Asian recipes. There is also a self-service café, though the food there was somewhat disappointing.
