We had a wonderful dining experience! The food was excellent, and the service from the amazing Michele was outstanding. We ended up spending nearly six hours at the bar (and no, we didn't overindulge!). Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this Red Robin location—it's far superior to all the others! We hope to see you there—don't miss out! View all feedback.

I was dining alone and asked for a quiet booth but the hostess told me the only booths available or next to the kitchen even though I saw a whole group of booths available away from the kitchen and when I pointed those out to her not sure why I couldn'tsit there she just said because you can't and it started me to go sit in the bar which I told her I didn't want to sit in thebar. Did my burger was crunchy and hard and burnt. A waiter was friendly however because the only place to sit in the bar was inthe far corner he didn't come over to me to ask me if I needed anything else very often when my drinks were empty or I was readyto order it took a while.

We came here for dinner after we had a long day at the pumpkin patch. The server at the front didn't help us for at least 5 minutes. He didn't take our name or anything. He then disappeared while the front was getting busy. After 15 minutes or so anice lady came to the front and asked us if we have been helped we said no sure since they guy didn't take our name. She thensaid sorry and help us to our table. She was super nice. We got to our table and our waiter was super nice and helped us out. ?? The food was okay since we had to send back my husband's hamburger since they got it wrong. It took another 10 minutes for hisfood and it was still wrong but he felt bad and didn't want to send it again again. ???? We love to come to Red Robin's butthis one needs work.

When the family is in the mood for burgers, this is where we go. It is nice to have a place that has one for each family members different preference. It has been a little bit since we were last here and had one person who was slightly disappointedthat the French Onion Soup is no longer on the menu. However, they still had a wonderful time. The food itself was fresh andhot and full of flavor. The burgers are juicy and delicious. The steak fries are out of this world. And best of all theservice was friendly and attentive. As usual, we will definitely be back.

We come here every year for my daughter's birthday. This year was horrible. Our waitress kept sitting to take our order. Okay, i guess but then when taking 9 hour, she didn't write them down. Which resulted in only 5 of the 9 drink orders beingactually done. Then we kept having to ask and she was irritated. Then the food, same thing....only half our food came out andseveral were wrong, not even close to what we ordered. It took almost 2 hours to get the final last meal. And even then, theywere wrong. The manager took three meals back so three people never ate. Then when they offered us some onions rings and frieswhy we waited, they added it to our bill. Are you kidding me....the server also proceeded to sit with her friends and got madat us when we asked where our drinks were that we asked her about 3 previous times. Manager said sorry, we are transitioningstaff. And offered to remove the three meals off the bill we never actually got to eat. Seriously the worst service, worst timewe have ever had at a restaurant. Disappointed is an understatement. And after 2 hours, never even got the birthday song ordessert for our daughter.

I don't know what has happened to red robbin but dang. They showed us our table and talked to us once after giving us our food that is the amount of service. My burger was literally in 6 peaces falling out of the bun and burnt black my egg was basiclyuncooked and still cold my fry where soggy and definitly going bad. I used to come here allot and it used to be great but latelythe past couple times it has just been terrible I went here with my family and everyon3s burgers where falling apart for somereason and our cheese dip was literally melting to the plastic cup it was in noone finished there meals I do not recommend. Goto bobs next door much better service and food.

Since Red Robin and I both hail from Seattle, I decided to visit their Everett location today, Sunday, June 25, 2023, to try something different.

I placed a pick-up order and had to wait almost an hour past my scheduled pick-up time. When I finally got my food, it was cold. I spent $74 on the order but only received a $13 refund for the cold food and the long wait. Disappointing experience.

The service really varies depending on your server; it can be excellent or quite disappointing. While the food isn't always cooked perfectly, they are quick to rectify any mistakes. Overall, given the prices, you really can't complain.

I?ve been to this Red Robin a few times. It?s about what you?d expect for a sit down restaurant in Everett. However I do not recommend ever getting a delivery order from them. The food arrived lukewarm at best. I ordered the whiskey bbq burger? and the burger had no bbq sauce to be seen. Ordered some campfire sauce for my onion rings. The cup it comes in is so small. I ordered extra onion straws on the bbq burger as well as I love the crunch they usually provide. These however were tough and at the same time tasted undercooked/soggy. I took a bite and pulled out the entire straw with the bite as biting through it took extra effort that it shouldn?t have. I included a picture of the stringy mess I pulled off my burger. I?ve never been so disappointed by a Red Robin order.

Went with friends for a lunch prior to a movie. Things seemed to start okay. Yes, the waitperson was not crisp or even acting professional, but they were there and she took our order. 40 minutes later? This place is a total dumpster fire. Has the hospitality sector slumped so low that now the only people to serve burgers are only those that can?t socially function? Most brutal dining experience in decades.

Make an online order at 5:20 for curbside pick up at 18:00. I came there a few minutes early, called the number as instructed and said the food would be out soon. I expected it to take a little longer. I didn't expect to sit there for 15 minutes! And then an employee came and asked if I was on a pickup. I told her my name and she went in to check the food and came out with it right away. I drove the one mile home and when I opened the To-Go containers, I felt my daughters food and it was cold. Not warm, not room temp, but cold!! I'll never get food from this place again.

Also with a reduced dining room capacity (I assume that due to a lack of waiter) the kitchen was really far behind what seemed to be to keep with pickup / go order as well as people wait in the restaurant. Waited 40 minutes for a table for two on a Sunday night, which was good, but it was another 40 minutes to get a plate and then an additional 25 minutes to get the 2nd plate. I have a lot of understanding that I'm behind me, and I'm not typically one to complain. The staff was nice enough about the situation and I get that times are hard, but nothing says nobody does something good, either

Since the pandemic, this restaurant has gone downhill!! Whenever we think we try again what a bad idea!! I understand that your short hand, but wait over an hour the whole time is ridiculous! Last time I ordered for picking up, we missed two page orders. I called three times and always said a manager would call me. That never happened, why would I pay for things I didn't get? This time we checked everything before we left. HOWEVER, the order should be finished at 7. We left the house at 7 and said the order was no longer here. We said they'd pick up all orders. What? We were asked if we wanted to restore the order, how long will it take? 15 to 30 minutes. The order was not ready for 15 minutes. Half an hour wasn't ready. I went to the car when the order was finally finished, I wanted to make sure we got everything... miss a side order. My daughter was waiting for the chocolate shakers... they were a joke, not even filled the cup. I got the missing side order and came home in 5 minutes. I'm so tired of being grounded through this restaurant. That was the last time we wanted to eat here. I'm done with this mess!!!!
