Right from the start, it s... read more I visited this location to try Big Foot Java for the first time and ordered drinks for my family and me while they waited in the car. Right from the start, it seemed like the barista was not in a good mood. Initially, I thought it might just be me, but my family picked up on the attitude as well. While the drinks were good, the customer service left much to be desired. Next time, I’ll choose a different location and see if the experience is any better.

I watched as they poured leftover drinks from blenders directly onto the floor, and the tablet they handed me to sign was disgusting. Overall, I really don’t think this place meets Bigfoot standards.

The vehicle in front of us broke down so we had to go to the other side to order. Instead of preemptively asking what we would get so they could get our order in, we got in line with two cars ahead of us. By the time we were at the front, the lady kept repeating our order because she was too busy talking to the guy at the other window the one we were told was closed. He came 15 minutes after us, got his order before us, and our order for two separate things wasn't even correct because they taste exactly the same. I legit don't understand why there was another worker there, she wasn't helping the lady taking and making orders.
