The food at this restaurant was delicious, but the owners are rude and do not acknowledge feedback. It is important to note that there are other catering services available. Good food can only take a business so far; good customer service is essential. I will be returning to my other favorite restaurants where both the food and service are good. Not only do the dishes taste amazing (with a perfect balance of spice), but I also appreciate that the food never feels greasy or overly spicy, leaving me feeling guilt-free after eating. This consistency ensures that I keep coming back for more.
Overall, Bothell Foods has set the bar high for South Indian restaurants, making it hard for me to enjoy dining elsewhere. View all feedback.
