The food at this restaurant was delicious, but the owners are rude and do not acknowledge feedback. It is important to note that there are other catering services available. Good food can only take a business so far; good customer service is essential. I will be returning to my other favorite restaurants where both the food and service are good. Wishing them luck with their business.

After a long day at work, I came home exhausted and hungry. I decided to order from Bothell Foods, and I am so glad I did. Where do I begin? Every dish reminded me of the authentic meals I used to have in Trichy years ago. From kootu to sambar, valekai poriyal to capsicum rice, every dish was amazing. The use of minimal oil and authentic spiciness made each bite mouthwatering. As someone who loves to cook, I have to say Gayathri's cooking is simply fantastic. I mentioned my son's allergies, and they were very careful to accommodate his needs. My son enjoyed every dish and even asked when we could order from Bothell Foods again. Five stars for the clean service, five stars for the beautiful aroma, five stars for the delicious taste, five stars for the healthy options, and five stars for the fast response and excellent customer service. Gayathri's food is delicious! It is conveniently delivered to the UW campus, making it easy for students to enjoy homemade healthy meals right on campus. My daughter absolutely loves the food. Thank you for helping her feel at home away from home.

This is a great place for eating, but the owners are not very nice

We are so much at peace because there is always good vegetarian food at home that I get weekly from Gayathri. The food is so consistently reliable and tasty.
