He also seemed to be in a really bad mood and it was clearly noticeable. To make matters worse, they somehow lost my friend's order that I had paid for.

The staff member mentioned that they often run out of items like pepperoni and gluten-free dough by the weekend. If the manager is aware of this issue, they should ensure that they order enough supplies. This seems to be a recurring problem. On the positive side, the ambiance is pleasant.
