What Zachary Rymarcsuk doesn't like about Evanston Lou Malnati's Pizzeria:
I am used to eating at a downtown Chicago location of Lou Malnati 's. Perhaps quality of food and service vary location to location. At this location, there were very few people in the restaurant while we were there, but the pizzas took a VERY long time to come out. We had friends and family rave about Lou's. Which usually tends to set the bar really high, and leads to disappointment. But this not only lived up to, but FAR exceeded our expectations. Not only first trip to Lou's, but first trip to Chicago ever in my wife and i's life. It was to celebrate our 30th Anniversary. This was a great way to celebrate.... With pizza? No!
