Denny's - Eureka
Denny's
Description
Denny's offers a mixed dining experience, with some guests praising the quick service, cozy atmosphere, and improved food quality, especially for casual dates or family visits. While many appreciated the attentive staff and variety of options for dietary restrictions, there were complaints about inconsistent food preparation and loud, unruly customers, which may deter families. Despite some dissatisfaction with pricing and overall service quality, the nostalgia of the diner ambiance shines through, making it a standout option for travelers at all hours.

This place is absolutely wonderful for a cozy, casual date night. The food was exceptional, and the service was impeccable—thank you, Erin! They also offer a great selection of beers, which my girlfriend really enjoyed. The quality of the food exceeded my expectations and has improved since my last visit to Denny's. The nostalgic atmosphere is lovely as well. I’ll definitely be adding Denny's to my favorites list!
It was a late dinner and food was freshly cooked...hot. and the waitress was truly interested in our life. Nice for a change....
Was having my vehicle worked on nearby so I opted to stop by for a quick bite to eat. The hostess was surprisingly sweet and more than willing to accommodate my request for a table in the back. The service was prompt and the Veggie omelet was surprisingly delicious! I'm picky when it comes to my vegetable omelets scrambles and frankly, had no expectations of greatness, but boy was I surprised, it was fantastic. Otherwise, it appeared the heating wasn't working as you could see one's breath in the air and everyone was bundled up (staff included).
The staff and food are excellent, but unfortunately, the owner is closing the restaurant. It's a real loss for this small town and its visitors.
I went today while my car was getting worked on, I ordered crazy spicy chicken and after my first soft taco I made with it because I ordered Tortillas to go with it, I was making my second and noticed a short white hair in my food, I called the older lady waitress over to tell her and wow she really had the nerves to ask me if I put it in it..that was really irritating. Instead of A simple apology and asking if I would like a new plate or if I wanted my money back. I have long black hair because I'm Asian. If I wasn't a nice person, i should of asked her if it was her hair since she was the one with the white hair and brought me my food. I really wanted the food, I even took a picture right before I ate it ? I still paid for my food too, it's not like I didn't want to..
