During our road trip, my aunt and I decided to stop at this restaurant. We ordered a mushroom pizza and a sausage pizza, both of which featured homemade sausage and crust. We were delighted to find out that many of the vegetables and mushrooms used in the dishes are sourced from the restaurant's own garden.

This restaurant doesn't require another glowing review, but it certainly deserves one. If you appreciate creative, well-prepared, and delicious food, this is the place to dine. The stuffed calamari here are expertly cooked—unlike many places, they remain tender and flavorful rather than tough and shriveled. The roasted Caesar salad was as good as any I've had in Italy. The pizza was both perfect and delightful. The wine selection is intriguing and reasonably priced as well. On top of that, the wait staff are friendly and attentive. It's no surprise that the restaurant was bustling on a Thursday night.

For our main courses, my boyfriend opted for the Fettina Steak, and I chose the Polenta Lasagna. I was a bit disappointed to find that the dish I had seen online (the rockfish) was no longer on the menu, but both entrees were excellent. The potatoes au gratin that accompanied the steak were truly outstanding. I've never seen my boyfriend delve into a creamy dish with such enthusiasm, and thankfully, neither of us regretted it. That speaks volumes about the quality of ingredients they use, as he usually suffers from bloating with lower-quality fare. For dessert, we enjoyed the seasonal ice cream with a cabernet flavor, along with cookies and a single Irish Cream truffle. The ice cream was absolutely perfect—I’d be in trouble if it were sold by the pint! My only minor criticism, which isn’t really a complaint, is that the restaurant is quite small. We were lucky to arrive shortly after they opened and managed to get a table. However, the size seemed to be just right, striking a nice balance between kitchen staff and diners. No one waited long for their food, and the atmosphere was filled with smiles. I highly recommend making a reservation!

We started our meal with the Wild Mushroom Cobbler and then enjoyed the Piazza and steak for our main courses. Both dishes were delectable, but the Piazza really shone, delivering amazing flavors with simple ingredients. For dessert, my friend chose ice cream, while I went for the dark chocolate truffle infused with duck fat. The truffle was topped with a sprinkle of salt, which added a unique twist, even though the duck flavor was quite subtle. All in all, Piazza is a must-visit for anyone in the area seeking a delightful Italian dining experience!

The restaurant offers outstanding grilled and other specialty dishes, showcasing a wonderful use of local ingredients like mushrooms. The warm, red-toned decor creates an intimate atmosphere, though it can get a bit noisy, which adds to the lively vibe. Their wine pairings are spot on, and the desserts are both inventive and delightful. The service is attentive yet unobtrusive. This place is definitely a must-visit and ranks among the best options in Eureka.
