Mashed potatoes were cold, soup came with Dinner. $131.00 20 for the tip she didn't earn or deserve. The rest of the staff was pleasant and helpful. As a server/bartender myself I havea lot of patience and understanding for my fellow servers and wait and bar staff. She judged us the minute we sat down. I wasmore upset over the food (sides) being cold, and not being able to let the server know because she ignored us.

She def... read more We usually enjoy our meals here without any issues. Tonight, our waitress Chantel was fantastic—full of energy, efficient, friendly, and very welcoming. She definitely deserves five stars. I ordered the prime rib French dip, which I've had many times and prefer plain, without cheese, grilled onions, or mayo. Unfortunately, the bun arrived burnt black around the edges. When I asked for a replacement, the kitchen simply sent another bun, so I had to assemble the sandwich myself at the table. That felt a bit odd to me.

However, our table wasn’t cleaned before we were seated, so I ended up having to wipe it down with a napkin myself. Furthermore, once our meals arrived, I had to search for silverware, as it wasn’t provided until later. Additionally, there were no plates or utensils available for the appetizers.

I even added a littl... read more I had an amazing burger today at Applebee's! I opted for the new Mushroom Swiss burger, which was topped with grilled onions and mushrooms. I even added a little honey BBQ sauce for extra flavor! About an hour later, I was already craving another one, even though I was still full! I also tried the cinnamon swirls, and they were truly fantastic!

I made a... read more The ordering process took 20 minutes. We placed our drink orders along with our appetizers, and the kids chose to order their dinners at the same time. I made a clear request for the appetizers to be served first. However, after waiting 10 minutes, we still hadn't received our drinks. It was a full 20 minutes before the drinks finally arrived. Then, 15 minutes later, all of our food came out at once! To make matters worse, we were missing utensils, which took another 5 minutes to be brought to us.
