I never usually give bad re... read more Pizza express in general has always been very good. First time I tried this branch with a group of friends and the service was poor. I never usually give bad reviews but I waited 45 minutes just for my first and only drink and was charged twice. We were in there an hour and a half before we even got out starters and two hours before the mains. Didn't seem to he enough staff on. Two front of house and two in the kitchen. Food wasn't as tasty as I remember. Used many branches on many occasions and overall as a brand my view is positive but not for epsom one. They seemed way more interested in filling out Uber eats and deliveroo orders than with customers dining in.

It was unprofessional and disgusting!!! NEED TO GET BETTER TRAINED STAFF.
