Was Anonym at Glas a mag?
We had something to celebrate and made a dinner reservation at the Glas Restaurant. We requested vegan food and to our delight vegan appetizers, main courses, and desserts were offered on the menu, which were both satisfying in terms of price and taste. Amazing experience! Everything was top tier. The 30 mile menu concept is an excellent way to support the local community you’re visiting. The presentation and relationship between the flavors were art. Highly recommend!

What a most memorable eating and dining experience I had last week in Glas! Martin and Nikolas and their team were outstanding on all levels. The service and the eco eating ethos of the restaurant was beautifully outlined to our table from the beginning. The 30 Mile Menu is the brain child of Chef Martin and honestly, I would put it in my all time top 3 eating experiences. Martin was outstanding as he introduced us to each course of this tasting menu. His imagination and creativity in terms of food paring and presentation was gold standard. For foodies this is a must…. and made all the better for the informed, relaxed and personable service . Thank you guys, I’ll certainly be back.

Top class restaurant. Easily one of my best dining experiences ever. The 30 mile tasting menu was exceptional it’s hard to pick out a single course that shone because they were all so good. However the lamb cutlet was as one of the most mouth watering cuts of meat I’ve had, and the sour dough (of which the starter we were told was 5 years old) with beautiful cultured butter which brought the classic ‘bread and butter’ to a different level. The wait staff were knowledgable about the menu, and had a lovely manner. They catered to dietary requirements really well with no fuss, and the alternatives were equally delicious and thoughtful. Nikolas and his counterpart whose name escapes me, our waiters, was gentle and attentive and we had an opportunity to thank the chef Mark too, who is a local and clearly very skilled and knowledgable , and used local food all from within a 30 mile radius.

Fantastic gastronomic experience, we ate oysters, carpaccio, and crab claws for starters, everything was divine, for main courses we ate steaks and monkfish accompanied by broccoli and potatoes, once again everything was divine, and for desserts we ordered 3 different ones to try them all and I recommend the Apple one as it was absolutely divine. I recommend making a reservation.

Had a lovely meal at glas this evening. Food was good and Hailey made our experience extra special!
