The manager and a host were present when I entered and they did not greet me. I actually think they glared at me, after a few awkward moments I explained that I made a reservation for 10 via opentable, they had no idea what I was talking about. Used Open Table to make reservation but when we got there... no one knew what Open Table was... luckily it wasn't too busy and seated right away.
