Located inside the Ramada hotel in Ely, this eatery offers a mix of Italian and American dishes, recently rebranded as Smash Burger with a new menu focus. While service is friendly and accommodating, it can be slow during busy times. Portions tend to be generous but prices are on the higher side. Some dishes like chicken parmesan salad and homemade soups receive praise, while others such as chicken strips disappoint. The atmosphere, especially upstairs overlooking hotel amenities, is pleasant. Overall, it’s a convenient, if somewhat pricey, option in a remote area with a welcoming staff and a changing menu.

The burgers were fantastic- handmade and generously portioned. Overall, everything was excellent.
This place is located inside Ramada hotel. We stayed 2 nights and ate dinner here both nights. The menu is limited but price and quality were great. Both nights we were greeted by Amy and Jessie. They both have great customer service. Thanks Jessie Amy keep up the good work!
This s**thole is indeed open. Food over seasoned and over salted, expensive and slopped together. The spicy burger may be spicy if you've eaten plain...
It's the only Italian place you'll find for a hundred miles... literally. Ordered the chicken parm and a dinner salad. Food was okay but over-priced. Service was super slow. Not sure if it was unusually busy for a Sunday night or if it's just normal. Be patient if you choose to eat here--bring a book or a board game. It's a bit of a wait.
