Customer service was fantastic, food not so much. Lettuce was very wilted and turning brown, a lot of meat, cheese, and veggie choices were out. Since this is in a gas station, we got drinks from those dispensers and they tasted nasty like the lines hadmildew.
I ordered a foot long sub, guy was very kind and helpful, I went to pay had a 5 and alot of 1$ bills , put down a 5 and counted out the 1's to 11.23. Stood there for almost a minute. The girl mumbles behind the till. I am sorry I cannot hear you,she mumbles again, I can not hear you. The guy finishes wrapping my sub and basically Glares at me slapping my sub by the tillthen she repeated herself. Is that all? Really!!!!! I stopped putting money on the counter a minute ago!!! The employeesare out back smoking and vaping with Friends more than working, sad environment even in the store
My Dad and I both had the Meatball Subs heated up w/provolone and mozzarella cheeses. Yummy! I'm so forgetful about pictures... We were hungry! They were great ????????
I went into the store at 8 am on Saturday 2/5/2022 morning with an order of 6 foot long sandwiches. There was a woman and a man working, unfortunately I did not get their names. There were no other customers to my relief as I had a rather large order. The young man was patient, kind and professional, to my great appreciation. The woman on the other hand was unprofessional. Shehad an attitude about making the sandwiches to begin with. She was patronizing and mumbled more than speaking clearly. Ilearned that they share tips to my dismay. Her service did not earn a tip, luckily she will get one, only thanks to hercoworker though. Thank you to the kind man working, and to that woman, perhaps you should find another line of work if makingsandwiches in a sandwich shop for paying and tipping customers upsets you.
