Eva's has now changed to Smash Burger! I'm not sure why the signs haven't been updated yet, but the burgers are excellent. I didn't see any Italian dishes on the menu, so it seems like the reviews might be outdated. View all feedback.

If you are still open then you should still be serving food. Do t answer the phone just to let everyone know you can't help them. That is so stupid. You have a job to do. Do it. You guys are out in the middle of nowhere and weare all hungry. I am stranded here right now and I can't go anywhere. The Tomato Florentino soup of the day was exceptionally tasty and enjoyable. My wife absolutely loved the chicken parmesan salad and polished off every bite. I really savored my spaghetti with three meatballs; the marinara sauce was wonderful, the spaghetti was served warm, and the meatballs were incredible. I will definitely come back to this restaurant when I’m in Ely, NV.
