They... read more Every time I visit this restaurant, the thin girl with glasses seems to be in a bad mood. She refuses to provide the manager's name and just laughs it off. They're frequently out of various items, usually bread, but today it was pretzels! I really hope someone from the higher management at Subway takes notice of these reviews and addresses the issues.

She was very rude to the lady in fr... read more Food is just fine but whoever that Krystal lady is either needs retrained in customer service or needs employment elsewhere. She was very rude to the lady in front of me today (12/19/23) who ordered just like everyone else. For some reason this customer was treated unlike everybody else in line and to be frank, looked embarrassing on the employees part. Heard she’s either the manager or district manager of this location. I will be in contact with corporate bc I feel this behavior was completely unacceptable and inappropriate.
