However, I noticed that if your store hours say 10 PM, it’s disappointing to find employees sitting in the lobby at 9 PM and being told that you’re closed. It might be a good idea to adjust your hours. Thank you!

The restaurant's exterior looked clean, and the staff member who took our order was very friendly. We asked for extra napkins, and they provided us with a generous amount. Both the food and the service were outstanding.

However, my recent visit to Ar... read more I usually don't speak up about negative dining experiences, especially considering the challenges restaurants face post-pandemic. However, my recent visit to Arby's was unacceptable. The quality of the food was disappointing. My sandwich bun was drenched in an overwhelming amount of sauce, making it impossible to hold. When I finally managed to take a bite, I discovered undercooked meat. For $13, I expect a meal to be prepared properly. I hope the Effingham Arby's can improve in the future.

It took 12 minutes to get my order, which was just a roast beef sandwich and fries, after I started keeping track of the time due to my frustration with the wait.
