Today was the most terrible meal I have ordered I ordered the 3 piece chicken meal and got 2 pieces over cooked dried out chicken you couldn't even eat. The biscuit was hard and well I was to get mac and cheese and got mash potatoes. They was notbusy so it looked like they reheated the chicken instead of making fresh. This isn't the first time I've had this issue there.If you call they claim they will send something in the mail it never happens. Somebody needs to manage this facility better. Itwas awful today

Fantastic service from Jade for our pre-order. We were attending the Pagel Reunion and ordered 2 buckets, for our dish to share! The KFC Chicken got eaten Fast Furious before anything else! Thanks all and to the young gent with the black frameglasses who had our chicken ready on Saturday at 1030 am for pickup! We come from AZ, and been ordering from KFC Effingham forthe last 30 years plus!

Great experience at the drive through tonight! Wish I had gotten her name. Made sure everything was in the bag, showed me where it was, very polite and helpful. Makes up for the rather dry corn.. Chicken strips, mashed potatoes and gravy, and green beans were all on point.

This KFC is the cleanest and most modern I've ever been to. The staff is fantastic, and the food was hot and delicious!
