The staff is exceptional, whether you're dining in or using the drive-thru. They go above and beyond to ensure you’ll want to come back for more!

He even apologized for the people behind me that took 5 min to decide on a half dozen donuts. (Please be ready to order and know what you want before approaching the register! He was the only person I saw actually working. So he had to take orders and make them. The other gal working the drive thru (there were no drive thru customers while I was there looked to be having a rough day.Maybe a touch understaffed, and the no rewards is not uncommon for coffee shops that are owned by truck stops. Don't blame the staff, they're just trying to do their jobs and have no control over those things.

Umm what?... read more This use to be a great Dunkin. Now it is not. Cold snacking bacon COVERED in grease. I asked why is this cold they said they can't serve it heated up. Umm what? They were out of the everything bagel bites and did say anything until we got to the order window. And the Sourdough Sandwhich was barely juat past room temp.
