Description

This highway-side Wendy’s is a convenient road-trip stop known for fresh salads, popular Frosties, chili (gluten-free friendly) and baconator fries, often served hot and kid-friendly. Service is hit-or-miss: staff can be warm and corrective when mistakes occur, but customers also report inattentive or argumentative employees, wrong or cold orders, and parking potholes. Overall the food appeals, especially to families and travelers, but inconsistent service and order accuracy make experiences variable.

Terrible terrible food. Ordered 2 sausage egg and Swiss sandwich and they forgot the cheese on both... Waste of 7 dollars. Coffee burnt. Don't go here if you're passing through, go to McDonald'

I pass through the Edson Wendy’s restaurant at least a couple times a year on my road trips. I love their salads. The lettuce is fresh. No rotten pieces of green in the Salad. Thank you to the staff and management for consistently good food on my long trips.

Great location near the highway for a quick meal. I highly recommend their Frosties, JBCs, and chili. Dietary note: The chili is a good option for those who are gluten-free. As for parking, there are some potholes that need to be repaired.

I saw my Baconator Chicken Burger sitting in a bag, not even under a heat lamp, just getting cold while I waited for my fries. The counter staff made several attempts to put fries in my bag so I could leave, but I kept hearing, "No, that's not that order." After a frustrating 10 minutes, I finally received my order, only to find cold fries and lukewarm burgers once I got back to my car. I returned to explain what happened, but was met with a half-hearted apology and glaring looks from the manager in the back. Wow.

Guess what? I drove down the highway, ate the fries, and then opened the burger only to find tomato on it. I understand that it’s tough to find staff, but if you're a supervisor or manager, you should be able to comprehend basic English. Nothing is more frustrating than repeating your order multiple times only for them to still get it wrong. This is supposed to be fast food!
