No rotten pieces of green in the Salad. Thank you to the staff and management for consistently good food on my long trips.

The counter staff made several at... read more I saw my Baconator Chicken Burger sitting in a bag, not even under a heat lamp, just getting cold while I waited for my fries. The counter staff made several attempts to put fries in my bag so I could leave, but I kept hearing, "No, that's not that order." After a frustrating 10 minutes, I finally received my order, only to find cold fries and lukewarm burgers once I got back to my car. I returned to explain what happened, but was met with a half-hearted apology and glaring looks from the manager in the back. Wow.

I drove down the highway, ate the fries, and then opened the burger only to find tomato on it. I understand that it’s tough to find staff, but if you're a supervisor or manager, you should be able to comprehend basic English. Nothing is more frustrating than repeating your order multiple times only for them to still get it wrong. This is supposed to be fast food!
