Wok Box - Edson
Wok Box
Description
The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, but some reviews point out issues such as burnt food and high prices. The portions are generous, and the food is generally delicious, with options for vegetarians. The atmosphere is fast-paced, with limited seating and loud music. While some patrons appreciate the quick service and tasty dishes, others find the prices too high for what is offered. Despite the mixed reviews, the restaurant seems to have a loyal customer base who appreciate the comforting and flavorful food.

I was really excited when Wok Box first opened in this area, but in the three years since then, I have only been there 3 or 4 times. I am always surprised by how expensive it can be, with one lunch box and one regular box costing over $23! This makes it difficult to bring my whole family there. During my most recent visit, I was able to double my protein, which was nice, but my experience was ruined by finding burned peanuts in my wok box. I have never encountered this before and it made the dish nearly inedible. Additionally, there was an excessive amount of sauce in the box - over half of it was filled with sauce. This overwhelmed the dish. Unfortunately, it will probably be at least another year before I decide to go back.
