The AYCE places aren't a good fit for us because we are relatively small eaters and sharing one pot is enough for us. The Boiling Pot is just the ticket for us. Their lineup offers seven pre-made combinations of broth, vegetables, meats, seafood, tofu, and noodles. They have a good variety of add-ons to order, and a large, attentive staff that will happily keep your pot filled with fresh broth. Hot Pot is the perfect antidote for a Seattle winter day.
