It's McDonald's what can you say other than the food doesn't change for one to the other but the place was clean and the service with out a doubt tops. The young man came out to greet us and took our order quickly and the whole time with a smile and a thank you towards the end. The McDonald's in far Rockaway should call them up for some advice on how to treat and act around customers. View all feedback.

Reasonably clean, standard experience. However, the food will call out the order number, just walk away from the counter, and then ignore you without having brought the food out, leaving me to need to flag down somebody to hand me my food. View all feedback.
Cool atmosphere, clean, friendly service but the food is bad, I always get sick
I placed an online order at 10:54. When I got to the drive thru the manager tells me she won’t make my order because breakfast ends at 11. That’s weird. She then proceeds to tell me that I have to go inside to place my order and to cancel my current order, I refused went in and they automatically charge me normal prices for my order. I never canceled my order and instead of honoring their mistake and giving me the food that should’ve been done when I walked through them doors. They charged me close to 30$ for an order that was 19.19. I refused and decided to leave because it wasn’t worth an argument. Liedy or whatever her name is needs to be reprimanded. That woman was plotting pure highway robbery.
For fast food, McDonald’s is definitely a go-to in many locations for this traveler. Their rewards program is a good one. Usually get a McCrispy meal, or a Fillet of Fish meal, or a McNugget meal. If it’s summer, a frozen blueberry or cherry drink is great too. Price is also good. Highly recommended for the budget conscious.

For being fast food it was okay. The service and atmosphere could've been better but that's what I expected.
