This was a return trip to 3 birds at a visit to Edinburgh after a few years. the restaurant lived until our wonderful memories. the service and the staff are be... read more This was a return trip to 3 birds at a visit to Edinburgh after a few years. the restaurant lived until our wonderful memories. the service and the staff are beautiful. really friendly. that was great. we shared the huh kiew. bonbons to start. excellent. and £1 of each order went into the appeal fund of ukraine. then we split the fillet steak. 500 grams of absolute deliciousness. on a split bed made of greens asparagus, saphir, green beans, spicy brokkoli and warm salat leaves and garlick mushrooms lined. skinny fries on the side. wonderful pfefferminz sauce and blue cheese sauce and English and French senf. this court has just all crates. I didn't think we could eat all the meat, but it was so delicious that we did. it's always great when you go back somewhere and it's just as brilliant as you remember.
