What Constança Simões doesn't like about The Hawes Inn:
Original welcome wasn't the best when we entered we were told straight away that only bookings were being accepted. Instead of asking if we had booked. We were also asked what our name was when the person already knew it. Our actual server was very nice tho. The decor where we were seated was a bit tired and could do with freshening up.
