beautiful dog-friendly bar with board games. Asian fusion food. Menu changes often, never was the same every time I left! They are small, they suggest a few, but they don't get much for their money. Early reels are for example £6 and it's just two half cut, tofu spits were £8 and only for two and they were small with two pieces tofu each and some paprika. loaded pommes were very nice. a good drink list and helpful st... Ooh Mommy is a pretty new addition to Leith. I had her fucking wheels that can be made vegan when you ask for it without the egg. It had a beautiful hearty broth and was really tired. I also had a side of the tahini Slav, which was beautiful and creamy. My dining room partner let me try one of her rice balls, which were also really nice, but very rich for one leg! It is a good place to order everything. The prices were also at the time of writing a bowl of rugs is £7.50.
This charming bar is dog-friendly and features a variety of board games. The menu offers Asian fusion cuisine that changes frequently. Although the prices are a bit high for the portion sizes, the food is delicious. The spring rolls, for example, are £6 for half a portion, while the tofu skewers are £8 for a small portion. However, the loaded fries were a standout dish. The bar also offers a great selection of drinks and the staff is friendly and attentive.
I recently went to dinner with some friends at this restaurant and the food was fantastic. They offer a wide variety of vegan options on the menu. For appetizers, we tried the crispy fried cauliflower bites and mushroom dumplings, both of which were incredibly tasty. For my main course, I ordered the Khao Soi, a North Thai curry broth with tofu, rice noodles, and fresh herbs, which I highly recommend. They also have a great selection of Sriracha sauces available to add some extra flavor to your meal.
I recently tried the delivery service of this restaurant due to the current situation. When I found this new location on the delivery app, I was impressed by the small vegan menu they offered. I decided to order the Spicier banh mi, mushroom summer rolls, and the gochujang potato salad. My friend, who is not vegan, opted for more mushroom summer rolls and another dish. Many restaurants on delivery apps struggle to offer vegan alternatives, but Ooh Mami nailed it with a simple "Make it vegan!" checkbox for the potato salad. The order arrived quickly, and the flavors of the Banh mi were fresh and spicy as promised. The summer rolls were light and well-balanced, while the potato salad with gochujang Mayo was a delicious twist. The portions were filling, and I even saved some for later. Ooh Mami has earned a spot on my list of restaurants to visit once things go back to normal.
This is a great dog-friendly bar that features board games and offers Asian fusion cuisine. The menu frequently changes, providing a different experience each time I visit. The dishes are on the smaller side, so it's recommended to order a couple per person. However, the portion sizes may leave you wanting more for the price you pay. For example, the spring rolls are £6 for just two halves, and the tofu skewers are £8 for only two small pieces of tofu with peppers. The loaded fries were a standout item. The bar also has a good selection of drinks, and the staff is very helpful.
